after some strengthening and graston, i got onto the alter g. started at 75% and built up to 5:42 pace by 14minutes without any issues and then lindsay said i could move up to 80% so i went back down to 6min pace and then progressed down to 5:42 pace again during the last 6 minutes without any issues. she wants me to try running a little on thursday and my next appointment is friday so i will get another alter g this week
