Way better group dynamics this week with group 1 guys at the park. It helped the weather was much better too and the objective feedback was solid. I didn't feel too great but got through it and still neg-splitted. Really fought myself from dropping out before the 3rd and 4th miles but I was mentally being a bitch so glad I stuck in it
