Started with nolan down the riverwalk and then dropped him off at his place and then I cut over and did reverse extended cress creek. Felt shitty until I got onto royal st. George and then slowly started to feel better. Last 3 miles I felt like I was cruising and was super smooth. 25min of basketball with javon when I got back instead of some 400s since the dance team was on the track and then 4xstrides after that. Legs felt good
