Springbrook to DPRT LR w/ Chase + Nolan

First 2 hours in a couple months. Started/finished from my house. We went pretty slow which made me a little tight so the cadence was super low but for the most part still a solid aerobic base builder. Weather was good. overdressed slightly up top with the craft longsleeve but other than that i was good. body felt kinda meh in general so never really felt good but i'll take it given how busy/stressful this week has been and i've done 90miles the past days which is way longer than ive gone in a long time and basically my highest ever. plan is to do 10 tomorrow to hit 90 for this week. legs feel good. just gotta keep getting this midsection to come around
