reverse 4 corners into Huffman tempo route into jesus. Started with all the guys and then added on Huffman tempo route with gabe and makrounis. Dropped them off and went into jesus-finishing at kman. never got moving super quick but was in the 6:00's-6:10's for most of the run It was super windy this morning since the temps dropped like 30 degrees overnight. The real feel was like 20 degrees colder than the temp because of it (34->17). Legs were a little tight and shoulders as well from some strengthening. 4xstrides on brainard after before bfast
