Easy evening run-latter part with the guys. Added on through behnkes from home to meet at school. Met nolan and finch at merner. Did 1492 and then added on a bit with finch before starting up with some more guys. Split off from then by Naperville central and headed back home. Legs actually felt pretty good after lifting yesterday. 4xharder strides afterward and felt pretty fluid with shorter quicker steps
