i rolled out a decent amount at work this morning so my legs were pretty good for this. started off a little slower and gradually picked it up. was at 12 resistance throughout and was around 110rpm for most of it. the last 10-15 minutes or so i continued to pick it up and the last 2 minutes i went HAM. pretty solid workout though. humid as hell in the FC so i sweated a fuck ton. solid workout though and nothing was really tight at all during so that was a plus
