night run with tim at secret park before going out to eat with the rest of the family. we went out in 6:09 and progressed from there. did 3 figure eights at a pretty decent pace hitting the hill kinda hard and then a tiny loop through the parking lot before heading back. the last 1+ish was at like 5:40 pace. breathing was a bit rougher today
