Zwift (Greater London flat loop x3)
Steady effort tonight. Felt crappy most of the day so didnt want to climb or go hard really. Picked a flat course and just kept a steady effort throughout (only 355ft elevation gain throughout). Tried sprinting a few times but the legs were heavy, especially by the end. Worked with some random dude for most of the 2nd loop before he dropped off me. Overall solid ride-longer than I have recently so good there
