20 minute hard progressing tempo, then 2 sets of 1min hard w/ 1 min easy followed by 4 sets of 1min all out w/30sec easy. finished with 14min cooldown without the belt. since its finals week, the pool wasnt open, so i got the key and unlocked it for myself at the regular time. no one else ended up joining me from the guys team but oh well. i got my workout in and i didnt drown and die alone
