Herrick LR- longest run in a couple weeks
Wanted to see how my leg would respond to a regular distance run so set out to do 10-12 this morning with the guys who raced yesterday and nick. Headed out to herrick with an arrowhead loop and we were moving pretty pedestrian but it still feels weird for me running so I was perfectly fine with a slower pace. I turned off from them around the lake in herrick and essentially did a figure 8 there before leaving. Went down Washington until school st and then cut over to campus. Achilles felt good for most of the run. A little tight towards the end but not terrible. definitely some pain with this tightness though which was annoying and alarming. didn't want to overdue this morning but figured id be able to handle more
