got a later start this morning since i worked 6-8 right before. did some upper body while there so my arms were a little tired for this. i just think collectively my body is a bit tired from the weekend still. i didnt get as much sleep last night as i'd like either so all those factors together thrown into this run made it subpar. at any rate, i wanted to go out to mcdiz grass path and do somewhat of a progression. just felt kinda tired/off throughout tho. still got the pace down some even tho it was muddy but i had to call it earlier than i wanted since my leg was tight and my breathing was kinda shitty. ended up progressing a bit more than 8.25 and just treated the rest as a cool down (actually started feeling smooth by the end of the this). splits were roughly 655, 623, 610, 604, 601, 557, 545, 538, and 134 for last segment and then 640, 622, 520 for CD portion
