3 sets of 21 minutes in the alleman hallway.

after 1st set- 20 pushups, 10 bodyweight squats and 10 worms w/ pushup

after 2nd set- 15 pushups, 10 RDL's, 10 squat jumps

after final set- 10 pushups, 10 lunges, 10 burpees

me and ethan went fast the whole time, going fast up every staircase. i felt pretty strong and didnt really get too tired until like 8 miles in. surprisingly, i didnt tighten up at all so thats good
