Medium Modaff w/ NCC
Lincoln park had some construction going on recently so the team called an audible and decided to do medium modaff. Tempo started very controlled and guys built very well. Gabe took off after we crossed 75th and no one went with for a little bit so I made an effort to catch him to make sure he understood to build throughout. I basically farletked the 5th mile in 5:04 to catch him but knew I could sustain so I let him go tight after I caught him. I locked into about 520 lace after that until the light on Washington. We all got stopped so big regroup before starting again. Found smoke and was with him until a half mile to go when he took off to catch the front. I moved as well but it took me until the end to actually catch them. I had to use the restroom so I missed fartleking with the team. I just did a few 1 min ons with a few minutes off. My right calf starting feeling sticky so i didnt do the last on with res hill. It would have been nice to do an actual fartlek but I'm content with the tempo work I got this morning.
