waited for a bit after work for ethan and dan to swoop by and then i added on cookie with them. we took the honest pleasure way into the woods to make it an even 4. ran into dom and some other NVXC kid for the last 1.5 miles. faster run than ive had. felt normal and only a little tightness. gotta keep on the rolling big time
