long run from res with the guys. raining out and was supposed to storm pretty badly so we stayed closer to school just in case. it rained for the first 14ish miles i'd say and then sorta let off. the rain actually felt pretty good tho. body felt pretty decent for the most part. we started off with mon/fri, then wacky, then reverse prairie, then an extended behnkes road loop, and then some new route called TBD? i think with it being pretty overcast and rainy my watch was a little messed up because it shorted me by more than a half mile. we were moving pretty well but definitely controlled throughout which was nice. last couple miles were fasted and closed in 524ish even with my left hip tightening up a bit. other than the hip at the end, i was pretty loose throughout
