Wanted to get something quality in today so decided to do a harder mile on the track since we never got moving on the rest of the run. Out in 74. I heard I was 2:28 at the half but I didnt check my watch for other splits. definitely neg splitted. tried keeping good form with the vomeros on. Solid effort at a pace lower than what I want to run on Wednesday at 4 on the 4th
