Post Rock 'n' roll expo run. 12 hours on your feet does during a 13.5 hour day work day does not mix well with an evening run. Switched my Sunday and Friday runs because of the expo today/LR yesterday so I'll go further tomorrow. Woke up early today because we left for downtown at 615 and didnt get back until 730ish. Feet were super sore the first 2 miles/hurt a lot from wearing the glycerins all day. Legs were sore/tight too from long run/lifting yesterday and being on my feet all day. Finally found a good rhythm the last 1.5 miles. 4xmedium strides afterward as it started raining.
