Last sharpening effort before Friday. Today was interesting because I was trying to balance not actually straining my hamstring and popping open. Felt the hammy a little on these but thankfully not terrible. Had a good tailwind so if anything I was trying to hold back on the homestretch so I wouldn't hurt anything. Splits were 30, 29-30(accidentally doubleclicked stop so watch kept running to 34), 29, 28, 28. Tried to get a little faster each one and felt a little bit better each one. For how shitty my hamstring and calves felt, this was decent.
