felt good the first mile and then all of a sudden i got a really bad side ache. i had to stop at the half point which kinda ruined the workout, but i wouldnt have been able to continue without stopping. im surprised that i still ran as fast as i did. so i guess im not that disappointed with this workout as i was before.
