after the first 200 meters i was by myself and cruised through the rest feeling pretty relaxed. ended up going out in 4:55, 5:09, and closed in 5:04. pretty windy going out in the direction of the start. didnt really kick too hard.. only started going from 100 out after a sharp 150 degree turn. the course was changed a little bit so that the last mile finished at the college finish instead of the old one so the second part of the loop was cut. ended up winning by a minute and the team ran well finishing 1st by a lot. overall a good meet, i just wished i would have run faster and broken 15. (webster was suspened because of grades again so he didnt run)
