Notes

2nd workout, first challenging one. workout was 5x1mile at 5:28 with 90 sec standing rest between. i was supposed to do 200s/400s at the track but it was too hot so coach had us do a workout in lincoln park. the 800 loop isnt really set in stone so i led the first lap and it ended up being a little over .5 miles so i was close enough. i felt good for the most part. it was hot and my form didnt feel great, but it was hard to stay relaxed because of the really bad footing for a lot of it. i think given the situation i went pretty fast and especially since i was by myself which isnt really that bad. good workout and i'm way ahead of where i was last year at this time
