Notes

first run in quite some time on the Alter G treadmill at PT in burr ridge. ran at 70% of my body weight. the machine was really cool. i was going pretty quick and it felt easy: 1. because i wasnt running at full body weight and 2. i believe i am in better shape than before i got hurt. anyhow, the time flew while i was running on this thing. the only parts that sucked were that the saddle thing was tight on my nuts which kinda hurt and my shoulders had to be high so my arms didnt hit the machine so they tightened up which was uncomfortable. other than those two things though, i was really happy to run pain-free and to just run in general. supposed to do this again on friday, twice more next week, and then actual running outside two weeks from today
