QC Turkey Trot- out kicked for 3rd
Out fairly hard with brogan but he still dropped me the first mile uphill in 509. I was by myself the rest of the race until the bottom of the hill when eli caught me. Neck and neck the last straight but ultimately he got me at the end. I felt okay today. Definitely a weird week coming off natties. Colder out and breathing was rough the first mile- seemed better later on. With all the 180 turns I thought someone was catching me but didn't realize it was eli. Tried to push to the top of the hill figuring I could coast down fast and then kick but he caught me and my legs were too tight to make the hard move that needed to be made. Still a PR on the course so not disappointed but still sucks getting outkicked
