Good group for MR and pretty nice out too- only 57 degrees with 100% humidity. We went pretty slow since all of us were still sore from the weekend. Got moving a little faster towards the end but still very modest. added on prairie with dhruvil after doing a mernerloop while he took a bathroom break. definitely need the new shoes..started feeling sore where my blood blister from Saturday is that I popped and drained yesterday...skin is raw there so doesn't feel the greatest after several miles on pretty much dead shoes. 4x medium strides afterward and then lifted.
