Smaller group for MR today. Already mid-high 70s and 100% humidity so very thicc out. Headed out to mcdiz pretty chill. Smokey and ZM went ahead and i stayed back with mikey and biorn since I was feeling a little sore/tired from yesterday. Pace gradually dipped a bit as mikey and I continued for the extended grass loop part but he stopped at the PP on the way back so the last 6ish miles were solo. I got the pace down to 6:0xs and just kinda kept it there. I didnt want to push very much so just kept it uptempo. Added on duck into white oak to make it 13. 4xhard strides afterward in front of merner. Lifting afterwards
