first official workout of the season was really easy for me. never really paid attention to my rest time, only on the first rest after the first 60 sec and the first 30 sec, otherwise i went to the same spot to turn around. all my intervals ended at pretty much the same spot. workout was 6x1min with 3 min jog rest and 8x30 sec with 2 min jog rest. i didnt stop at all and didnt feel the need to at any point. my hip did tighten up a little bit the last 2-3, but only because of the hills, not the speed
