10 minute HARD warm up tempo into 5 sets of 30minute30s in 11:21 (i went pretty damn hard on the last 3 reps of these), and then finished with a gradual progression cooldown without the belt for the last 38:39. overall this was a solid smaller workout to open up my legs for the rest of the day/week
