Met the guys at school for MR. Didnt stay with them long though because I dropped them running a 7:51 first mile. Kept going at a steady pace as I did an arrowhead loop and then a loop in herrick before heading to Nike park. As I hit 7 miles on the watch I decided to do a shorter fartlek to open up. Ended up doing 6x1min on/5x1min off and did 2 miles during that span. Went into backwards wacky and then added on duck to hit 13. Legs felt pretty good by the end of the run. 4xhard strides afterward
