felt much better this afternoon. we started off slow to lincoln but i responed well to the pick ups and went a lot faster on the way back. followed this with stretching, core, strengthening, and more strengthening with taylor. she told me i could hit 50 this week so i can start progressing in mileage and slowly start adding in parts of workouts
