First ever race at Woodruff even though i've been there like a hundred times.
1st mile: 5:26- went out nice and easy. felt pretty bad on the first straightaway, but after the first turn i didnt get passed by anyone the rest of the race
2nd mile: 11:10(5:44)- was passing people the whole time . at this point i felt fairly good
3rd mile:16:39(5:29) kept on passing people. with about a half mile to go i passed joe and kept on going. i think i could have gone about 5-10 seconds faster because i know now that i started kicking too late and that i still had energy left after i finished, but overall a really good race and a new P.R.
