Notes

decided to xtrain after work so i got onto the bike and my legs felt way better than they did before work. i had rolled out a decent amount at work which made all the difference and gave me a lot more power in my legs. started off at a brisk pace that felt way easier so just decided to make it into a tempo effort at 12 resistance
