6x200 at 35ish with 200 jog rest. i ate breakfast right before luke texted me so i was feeling the cereal and pizza. i didnt know i would be doing any speedwork, but it was fine. they did 12 reps. i was gonna do all 12 but i thought i was going to puke. the intervals themselves werent that bad. the quickened rest caught me off guard initially, but this was a good opportunity to shake the rust off of my legs. havent gone fast in a while and probably wont start workouts again for another month
