first MR of the week. shorter turnaround from my longer run last night and since I struggled to get a poop out this morning, I didn't roll out my hips/hammys as much as I would have liked before the run so the first few miles I felt kinda tight/tired. as soon as we got to springbrook, I went ahead since I was going to try to poop. opened up a little but legs still feeling last night. couldn't really go for the most part so started back up and we did the grass loop and then cut out to Modaff. I went ahead as we crossed 75th because I had to go again and I just ran straight back to school, finally was able to go inside res, and then I added on jesus and did a half campus loop before finishing. legs didn't feel awful but definitely a bit tired/tight this morning. glad I finally got my ass out of bed. 4xmedium strides in front of merner afterward
