Mile TT- 4:15- lead from start until last 40 meters
Full mile time trial inside res. Starting group was nolan, sebastian, gooby, tanner, Josh, rowe, parker, and myself. I got out well and lead from the start. Actually ended up leading until nolan passed me with 40 meters to go so was essentially a glorified rabbit. I went through the video and tried getting accurate lap splits- each lap being essentially 201meters. 30.6, 31.6(62.2) , 32.11(1:34.3), 32.65 (2:06.95), 32.34(2:39.29), 32.4(3:11.69), 32.35(3:44.04), 31.32 (4:15.46). Nolan was maybe .1 ahead of me at the end. It would've been nice for some help at some point during the race but oh well. I didn't feel like I locked up but I didn't really have another gear to enter into the last 400. Probably a product of me getting out faster, but I at least felt pretty easy/smooth going through in 61. Overall, solid start for me. Best I've ever been at this point during the season and I haven't done any speed work. Would've liked to have run a little faster today but a good start nonetheless
