Mon/Fri Tempo
It rained all day and was storming hard so the team called an audible and decided to do this instead of the park. I anticipated a longer team meeting so I showed up at school from work at about 3:10 and they were already starting this. I hopped in cold turkey, which sucked because I had to go to the bathroom and didnt stretch/roll at all. Ended up progressing throughout and closed hard but it was humid and the body didn't feel too great without a warmup
