10 min warm up medium-hard with cupped hands, 10x 1min all out with 1 min easy-medium. straight hands on hard and cupped on easy. followed by 5 minutes cooldown at medium pace with cupped hands. took a short breather and then did swimming. did 5 chin ups right before as as small warmup
