bhenkes loop with the freshman. legs felt tired and my calves were a bit sore. this was to be expected though since i completed my first workout in a few months yesterday. strengthening and stretching afterward. i could tell by doing my strengthening drills that my hip/hammy region was sore/tight in both legs
