progressive long run. legs felt fine the whole time but kinda felt out of it for the first 1/3 of the run. i would get droppped even though i felt easy but then i would pass gas and then immediately catch the guys without trying to. i ended up gradually pushing the pace from the time we went through green trails until the end. we slowly dropped to the low 6's and closed nicely the last couple miles. i felt very springy and fresh at the end with great breathing
