XC Conference 2013 at quincy. it was pretty chilly and rainy which made things a lot different than they couldve been. i went out in 4:55 by myself and then 5:15, then 5:20. was tightening up after the first mile. team won without wesley running so for the first time in alleman history we won back to back conference titles
