Good group for MR. Nick and Ethan joined us so we had good convo. Headed out to springbrook via the riverwalk and west st. Went left in springbrook and then out to modaff. Took that straight back to school and then added on by dropping Ethan at his apartment and back. Kept it chill throughout. Legs felt fine, not bad but not great either. 4xstrides in front of merner afterward.
