Notes

long run with the freshman early in the morning. started off super slow with sinnott and then started picking it up just before the bike path. took the bike path all the way to washington and then back. turned around with argeni and chase and started to finally feel good. chase dropped off pretty quick. my calves were sore the way out form the compression socks but felt good on the way back. we gradually picked it up the whole way back but with 1.5 to go he didnt go with me because he was feeling tired so i slowed down. we saw and i said good morning to a shit ton of NRC people running on the bike path. out in 28:53 and back in 25:48. did strides and strengthening and rolling out after. played basketball for a few hours later in the day and stretched after that as well. got a nasty blister on the bottom of my foot doing that
