alleman to augie. went halfway down the slough but it was flooded so we had to turn back up and then we went behind the building and down 34th st. to 7th ave over 30th st and then down to 5th ave to the arsenal. didnt make it to credit island today because i wasnt runnning too fast because of my leg(which i think is my IT band) and it was kinda windy and i just wasnt pushing too hard
