underdressed for this longer run. mainly just the fact that the sun wasnt out so my hammy/hip area on my left leg tightened up. i wasnt cold, but i was uncomfortable the whole run. wore short sleeve with arm-sleeves, shorts, and new headband. form was decent. breathing was okay since i wasnt dressed super warm. decent medium-long run
