house to blackhawk for the first time since the fall and did two loops. i defintely felt the shock on my calves and ankles during the run. i strectched and rolled out after and i was fine, but when i was putting my mat away i stubbed/jammed my second toe on my right foot and it hurts prefusely. i iced it tonight and monday morning and it still hurts a decent amount even though less than initially. NOT GOOD
