went to the sigma meeting and then finished up getting raped by the calc test. didnt start running until like 4:40 so it got dark pretty quick. first day with my new shoes. my legs felt pretty great today along with the new shoes. i went down through augie and across the arsenal all the way to the credit island entrance and then back. out in 35:10 and back in 35:08 so i kept a pretty even keel pace for the whole thing. i tightened up slightly the last mile but otherwise i felt really good. i have 1000s tomorrow in lincoln
