Humid AF Rock Island jaunt
I was supposed to race the MoTown mile and 5k this morning but unfortunately it got canceled right before I was going to warmup due to thunderstorms. Pretty bummed because I came into town solely to race and was looking forward to another solid pay day. It ended up storming all morning so I lazed most of the day and finally got out this evening and it was humid as hell. Legs felt decent but didn't hit anything too hard. 4xstrides afterward. Probably doing bix course long run from my house tomorrow morning
