started from res and went up to van buren parking garage to meet brady and the MR crew. waited about 5 minutes and then we took off and did mon/fri. i dropped brady off at his car and then i went down to chicago and took a roundabout way to get to huffman. i wanted to pop open today so i 4 up/downs. went faster on each one with the last one being pretty fast. i wish i took individual splits of the hill because according to strava my third hill was 48 and my last one was significantly faster but it counted the time i stopped at the top of the hill after the 4th one as that segment so i dont know how close i was to the KOM. at any rate, body felt pretty decent going up the hill. hips a little sore but not too bad and was able to hit them pretty hard. after the hill, jogged back to school and finished by going around res
