lisle long run at 7:30 instead of 6:30 because we got back at like 11:30 last night from GVS. felt extremely good and opened up on this whole run. we started off slower at like 7:03 and then 6:35, and then we progressed from there so we started going low 6's for most of the way out which i liked and felt very comfortable doing. when we turned around, it was me, plank, ethan, and robles and for the most part i was pushing the pace, especially on the hills because i felt phenomenal. we probably averaged mid 5:50's the whole way back. this was a great long run to cap the week off, especially after yesterday's race. did full stretching/rolling, and then shot hoops/got lunch afterward with nick
