Meet of Champions 5k. Won the race but just sorta disappointed that i havent run a fast 5k yet. i know i am capable but it just hasnt happened yet. lead for most of the race besides steve for a few laps the first mile and then omar for like a lap. i took over again with 5 laps to go and pulled away. i felt relatively smooth throughout and much more in control than my previous 5ks. i felt like i could move at any point, especially the last mile, but my last lap or two i struggled as my legs tied up slightly. not sure on splits, but really hoping i can start running fast soon
